Design Review Request
Your neighborhood is a covenant-regulated community. The covenants protect the property value of all homeowners and maintain architectural and building standards in the community today and into the future. HOA approval is necessary for all exterior property changes, additions or improvements. Visit the Documents page of your community website to review your governing documents and design guidelines to determine what is acceptable. The Design Review Request (DRR) is used to submit your proposed changes to the HOA. To expedite your request, submit electronically by email or fax. If necessary, mail to the address on the form. The HOA has 30 days from receipt to process your request. Electronic submissions via fax or email process faster because it is faster to share documents and comments between design review committee members on-line. The HOA links page has a link to your municipal records department where you will find a detailed plat map of your lot.
Authorization for Automatic Withdrawal
The most convenient way to pay your association dues is by direct automatic withdrawal. You authorize SCM to debit your bank account for your dues payment on a specified date. To setup ACH, download the form below and mail the original form to SCM along with a voided check. An original form and check is required.
