About SCM

SCM is a family owned and operated company based in the Arvada and west Denver area. We understand the unique challenges of being an HOA board member because our management team has over 25 years of HOA board service ourselves. We have worked for associations during neighborhood development as they grew from zero homeowners to hundreds. SCM has establish relationships with quality contractors and have invested in solid project management processes to control and measure services quality and contain cost.

At SCM we have witnessed the evolution of community associations in Colorado and in response, created our concept of solid community development as a guiding management principle. Homeowners engaged in the governance and operation of their community are more likely to adhere to the covenants, have fewer conflicts and be happier with their neighborhood.

We leverage our staff CPA to manage all aspects of our accounting and reserve analysis business. We ensure our community managers augment their business experience with continued industry training and all are Community Association Institute certified. We have developed proprietary tools designed specifically for HOA boards and community associations to both improve the quality of services and decrease management cost.
